Component Manufacturing On Request
Leo Marine Diesel provides specialized machining and reconditioning of individual fuel injection system components upon request, without the need for complete replacement.
Based on international technical practices, we undertake the restoration of critical components such as plunger & barrel elements, suction and non-return valves, spindle guides, and other parts of the injection system.
All works are carried out using high-precision methods and include machining with minimal material removal, honing, surface treatment where required, and finishing in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
At the same time, appropriate surface treatments are applied, while leak and functional tests are performed to ensure the reliability of each component.
The result is reconditioned parts with high durability and performance, offering a cost-effective solution with operating characteristics comparable to new units.
Spare Parts
Leo Marine Diesel maintains a selected stock of components for fuel injection systems, covering the needs of main and auxiliary marine engines.
The stock includes new and reconditioned components, such as fuel oil nozzles, fuel oil plunger & barrel elements, delivery valves, and other essential parts, available for immediate delivery or on an exchange basis.
In addition, individual components can be supplied or manufactured upon request, using suitable materials and technical processing methods.
